Interpretation. Capitalized words have meanings defined under the conditions below and apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions. For this Privacy Policy:

• Application means any Android software provided by CC-ROM, including Oscalate, TabNotes, SubBeats, SubBeats2, Scoped, and Weather Bar Chart Widget.
• Company (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) refers to CC-ROM, based in France.
• Device means any device capable of running the Application, such as an Android phone or tablet.
• Personal Data refers to information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Usage Data is collected automatically and includes crash logs, performance statistics, device/OS/app versions, and similar diagnostics.
• Service refers to the use of the Application.
• You means the individual using the Application, or the organization on whose behalf it is used.

Personal Data. Apps run without accounts and do not request personally identifiable information. If you email us, we only use your address and message to respond and do not share it for marketing.

Usage Data & Diagnostics. Automatically collected items can include device model, Android version, app version, crash logs, and performance metrics. These are used strictly to monitor stability, fix bugs, and ensure compatibility—never to personally identify you.

Advertising Data. Some apps display ads via third-party networks (e.g., Google AdMob) which may collect advertising IDs, approximate location (if allowed by the platform), and ad interaction metrics. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies. You can reset or limit ad identifiers within Android settings.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the apps.
• Monitor performance and resolve technical issues (e.g., analyzing crash logs).
• Comply with legal and platform obligations such as Google Play policies.
• Deliver customer support when you contact us.
• Enable third-party ad networks to show and measure ads in apps that include advertising, according to your device settings and consent.

Service Providers. Anonymous diagnostics may be shared with trusted providers (e.g., Google Play Services, Firebase Crashlytics, advertising networks) strictly to monitor performance, handle crash reports, or deliver ads. These providers process data under their own policies.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or user safety.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing.

Retention. Usage data is kept only as long as necessary to improve stability and diagnose issues. Third-party services may store crash or analytics data for durations defined in their policies; when no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

Transfer. Information may be processed on servers outside your country (for example by Google). We take reasonable steps to ensure data is handled securely and according to this policy and applicable laws.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children. Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child provided data, contact us so we can remove it.
